First thing, DON'T PANIC! There is still plenty you can do. If you really need your baby to take the bottle, there is a solution for you!

The Teatle is far more similar to a natural breast than any other baby bottle around, so if there is a chance for your baby to take a bottle,  The Teatle is the safest bet!

However, bottle refusal or bottle aversion can be a very complex issue and having a good baby bottle might not be enough to overcome the problem. We have gathered some very useful information from experts in this field and we have boiled it down for you so you can learn more about this problem and how to solve it.

If your baby will still refuse the bottle, we will be happy to refund you the full amount of the bottle if you return it within 21 days from receipt.

Condition of the bottle

​

For us to issue a refund, the bottle needs to be returned, UNDAMAGED, CLEAN, DRY, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND WITH THE INSTRUCTION LEAFLET. We will donate or recycle the returned bottles.

The product needs to be adequately protected before shipping. Please do not send the bottle back in a simple bag or envelope as this could result in damage during transportation. We will not be able to refund bottles damaged in the post or by the courier. We recommend using a small box marked with a FRAGILE sticker or tape.
